2. Navra Mukha Lepam
Navra Mukha Lepam, as its name suggests, is a face massage treatment, which is done using special Navra rice. The procedure includes facial Steaming, Scrubbing, Massaging, and finally the Application of the mask.
The scrubbing with the fine Navra rice exfoliates the skin and facilitates the removal of dead skin. It also improves blood circulation while the herbal mask absorbs excess oil to give your skin a glowing and youthful look.
Navara Mukha Lepam prevents dullness and sagging of skin, removes facial toxins to reduce Pimples, and retains overall youth and vitality of the facial tissues.
3. Vaman and Virechanam- Body Detox treatments
Vaman and Virechan are the Detoxification therapies that are done when the cause of Pimples is identified as the build-up of toxin in the body. In the Vaman procedure, the individual is administered with an emetic medication with the purpose of inducing Vomiting. This process eliminates the Kapha Dosh.
Next, the patient is given Snehana and Swedana treatment. And, on the next day, Virechana drug is given to the individual, the kind, and quantity of which depends on the condition of the individual. This drug induces Purgation, which causes the flushing of toxins through the anal route.

4. Ubtan
This therapy involves the application of Ubtan; a mixture of different herbal powders with beneficial effects for skin, on the whole body. These powders can be mixed with herbal extract, yogurt or other natural potions to make a paste. The person is first given a full body massage followed by herbal paste application all over the body.
This therapy works as an Ayurvedic body polish and body wrap, which causes the exfoliation and rejuvenation of the skin. 1. Wash your face at least twice a day-  You can use plain water or mild soap. Remember, harsh chemicals in soap can trigger inflammation if you have sensitive skin. You can use medicated soaps to wash your face if you have Acne breakouts.
2. Use a good moisturizer– It is important to change your moisturizer with the changing season. In summer, the skin usually produces more oil, so you need a light moistening lotion. Conversely, in winter, the skin gets dry, and hence you need to use oil based face creams.
