Thalapothichil includes application of Ayurvedic paste containing some herbs. The paste is kept on the head for about 30 to 40 minutes so that the medicinal principles can penetrate through the scalp. The herbal constituents present in the paste calm down the nerves, relieve mental tension, and improve sleep pattern.

Thalapothichil is a gentle head massage with amla, curd and triphala paste application.
How it works
The herbs in the paste penetrate into the brain cells. The healing properties of the herbs also calm down the nervous system.
